Cactus Corridor is unique because of its rural charm so close to the center of Scottsdale with many of the homes featuring acre plus lots. It is a highly desired area which is commonly referred to, but does not have clearly defined boundaries. It is made up of Cactus Acres and the other prestigious pockets of homes on large lots. For the purpose of my website, I define Cactus Corridor to the area around 96th Street to just east of 108th Street between Cactus and Shea. Much of the area is not governed by an HOA, but areas such as Bella Montagna, La Cienega and Rosalie Ranch do have an HOA. So, you need to look at each listing to determine if there will be HOA dues associated with a particular property.
